Form Us With Love
The original vision behind the design of Arch was to create a companion that goes beyond what we normally see in this category. The ambition was to make a TV stand with a premium feel and more accessible tools, aimed at a professional target group, while still fitting naturally into any contemporary home. From the beginning, the intention was to create a recognizable aesthetic that could adapt across many different uses and scenarios. To complement the metal-based structure, elements in textile, wood, and other warmer materials were introduced to bring a more homey touch and soften the overall expression.

Throughout the design process, functionality and aesthetics evolved hand in hand. The product was developed to be mobile, adjustable, and sturdy, while maintaining a lightweight perception and intuitive hands-on interaction. In many ways, the functions themselves helped shape the aesthetics. The flat oval-shaped profile adds structure, refines the overall appearance, and creates a hand-friendly shape that makes the product easy to move around and interact with in everyday use.
