Fit & compatibility
Will my TV fit a Pedestal stand?
Yes — our stands are universal and VESA-compatible and fit virtually all common TVs between 32" and 75". What matters is that your TV is VESA-compatible (check under its specifications). If your VESA holes are 600 mm wide × 400 mm high or less, your TV fits a Pedestal stand. The one exception is the Moon Light, which takes VESA patterns of 400 × 200 mm or less — so if your screen's VESA pattern is taller than 200 mm (for example 300 × 300), choose another model. All our other stands, including Rover, Moon, Moon Tall, Moon PRO, Straight Rollin', Sway, Disco, Hopper, Bloom, Lean and Viva, accept 600 × 400 mm or less, which covers the common 200 × 200, 300 × 300 and 400 × 400 patterns.
How large / small can my TV be?
Our stands fit screens from 32" to 75", depending on the model. What each stand supports: Moon Light 32–48" · Viva 32–70" · Moon 40–70" · Moon Tall 44–70" · Moon PRO 40–75" · most other stands 40–70". Some models also carry a narrower recommended range (Moon 44–60", Moon Tall 55–70", Sway 44–60") — that describes how the stand and TV look together, not what physically fits; see "Is the recommended screen size a limit?". The full per-model list is in the spec table above. Screens below 32" or above 75" (e.g. 27" or 85") are not supported and we can't guarantee a secure, good-looking fit.
Is the recommended screen size a limit? My TV is bigger than the recommended range — does it still fit?
No — the recommended size is not a limit. The screen sizes we list as "recommended" describe how the stand and TV look together and the viewing angle you get; they are not what physically fits. Every stand safely takes any TV inside its supported range: Moon Light 32–48" · Viva 32–70" · Moon 40–70" (recommended 44–60") · Moon Tall 44–70" (recommended 55–70") · Moon PRO 40–75" · most other stands 40–70". So a 65" TV works perfectly well on a Moon, for example, even though it sits above the recommended band — it will simply sit a little lower and fill more of the frame. Tell us your screen size and we'll say which model suits it best and which others also fit, so you can choose the look you prefer.
A note on Moon PRO: it belongs to our Pro range and is built for meeting rooms, showrooms and exhibitions. For a living room we'd normally suggest Moon or Moon Tall instead. Moon PRO makes sense if it's for a business setting, a screen above 70", a very heavy TV, or if you want maximum stability.
Which stand fits a TV over 70" (e.g. 72", 75", 77")?
Over 70", three stands go higher than the rest: Moon PRO and Lean PRO, which we publish for screens up to 75", and Moon Tall, which we publish up to 70". Every other stand in our range stops at 70".
Up to 75", Moon PRO is the straightforward answer — and Lean PRO if you want a leaning stand rather than a rolling one. That size is within what we publish for both. The TV needs to be VESA-compatible with a pattern of 600 × 400 mm or smaller, and to weigh under 50 kg.
Beyond that — a 75" screen on a Moon Tall, or a 77" on a Moon PRO or a Moon Tall — you are outside our recommendations, so we can't guarantee the fit. In principle there is nothing against it, as long as the TV meets those same conditions: a VESA pattern of 600 × 400 mm or smaller, and a weight under 50 kg. A 77" OLED is typically 25–30 kg, so weight is rarely what stops it.
At 77", Moon PRO is our clear recommendation. Moon Tall is also possible on the same conditions, but bear in mind that a 77" screen looks large in relation to the stand — it is roughly 170 cm wide, against Moon PRO's 102 cm frame and Moon Tall's 78 cm. That is why Moon PRO is the one we recommend at this size.
For 80" and above, or an unusually heavy TV, we don't recommend it. Write to hello@pedestal.com with the exact model and we'll tell you whether it works.
Is the TV size the screen or the whole TV?
TV size (e.g. 65") is the diagonal measurement of the screen itself, not the whole unit. For fitting a Pedestal, what matters is your TV's VESA holes (600 × 400 mm or less) and weight (up to 50 kg) — the inch size is just a guide.
Which Moon stand should I choose for my TV size?
Start with your TV size and pick the stand that suits it best — a smaller TV looks best on a smaller stand. As a guide:
• 32–43" — Moon Light, our compact stand designed for smaller screens (fits 32–48"). Moon also fits from 40" if you prefer its look.
• 44–54" — we'd recommend Moon: designed for the ideal viewing angle when you're relaxing on the couch (recommended for 44–60"). Up to 48", Moon Light is also an option if you prefer a lighter, more compact look — and Moon Tall fits from 44" if you'd like the screen to sit higher.
• 55–70" — Moon (couch viewing angle) or Moon Tall: recommended for 55–70" screens — ideal if you have a large screen or want the TV higher, for example to roll it to your bed.
• 70–75", or a heavy TV — Moon PRO, our largest and most stable (supports up to 75"). Note that Moon PRO belongs to our Pro range and is built for meeting rooms, showrooms and exhibitions — for a living room most customers prefer the lighter look of Moon Tall. Moon Tall is officially recommended up to 70", so a 75" screen is slightly above our recommendation, but it usually works fine as long as your TV is VESA-compatible (up to 600 × 400 mm) and weighs under 50 kg. Larger than 75" (e.g. 77")? See the question "Which stand fits a TV larger than 75"".
Any stand will safely hold any TV within its supported range, so the final choice is yours depending on the look, height and viewing angle you want. Tell us your TV size and we'll point you to the right one.
Which stand works for a small TV (32–39")?
Only two of our stands go below 40": Moon Light (32–48", our compact stand — the natural choice) and Viva (32–70"). Every other stand — including Moon, Moon Tall, Moon PRO, Rover, Straight Rollin', Lean, Sway and Bloom — starts at 40", so we can't recommend those for a 32–39" screen even though they are physically larger.
How high off the floor will my TV sit?
Your TV hangs from two horizontal brackets that bolt onto the stand's perforated rail. They are fitted to match the VESA holes on the back of your own screen, and we recommend using the highest holes available so the screen sits as high as the stand and your TV allow — that gives the best viewing angle from a sofa.
Where the bottom edge of the screen ends up depends on your particular TV: how tall it is, how far apart its mounting holes sit, and where on the panel the manufacturer placed them. Those vary enough between models that we don't publish a height per screen size — we'd rather work it out with you than give you a figure that turns out to be several centimetres off.
Tell us the brand and model of your TV and which stand you're looking at, and we'll work out the height for that exact combination before you order — write to hello@pedestal.com.
The stands' own heights, floor to the top of the frame: Bendy Low Stand 76 · A-frame Stand 87 · Bloom 88 · Disco 93 · Moon Light 100 · Sway 100 · Viva 102 · Moon 107 · Straight Rollin' 107 · Hopper 110 · Rover 117 · Moon Tall 122 · Moon PRO 158 cm. The screen always ends up lower than this, because it hangs below the top of the rail.
If your screen's VESA holes allow it, the brackets can also go further down the rail so the TV sits closer to the floor — but part of the rail will then show above the screen and the viewing angle gets worse, so we don't usually recommend it.
Can I adjust the height of a Pedestal stand?
The stand has a fixed height, and the mounting bracket isn't adjustable in the sense of sliding freely up and down. The two horizontal brackets bolt onto the stand's perforated rail, and where they go is set by your own TV — you fit them to match the VESA holes on the back of your screen. We normally recommend using the highest holes available, so the screen sits as high as the stand and your TV allow — that gives the best viewing angle from a sofa. See "How high off the floor will my TV sit?" for roughly what that works out to on each stand.
How do I find / measure my VESA size?
VESA is the distance between the mounting holes on the back of your TV (e.g. 100×100 up to 600 × 400 mm). Find it under your TV's specifications, or measure the horizontal and vertical distance between the holes. Our stands accept VESA patterns up to 600 × 400 mm — the one exception is the Moon Light, which takes 400 × 200 mm or less.
Is Samsung The Frame compatible?
Yes — The Frame is VESA-compatible and works with all our stands. The one exception is the 32" version (LS03 series, all model years). It has no standard VESA holes, so it needs a VESA adapter plate made for The Frame 32". The one we know works is the MonLines V071: it gives the TV a standard 200 × 200 mm VESA pattern and comes with its own screws — https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0C59J74GF. We don't sell it ourselves. With the adapter fitted the TV mounts on our stands as normal, and at 32" the two stands we recommend are Moon Light (32–48") and Viva (32–70"). For the Samsung One Connect box, we recommend the Box Mount. Note that the Box Mount doesn't fit the Viva, so if you want the box mounted on the stand itself, Moon Light is the one to choose.
What if my TV doesn't fit?
Our mounting kit is universal and fits ~95% of all TVs. If it doesn't fit, email hello@pedestal.com with photos — we assess case by case whether the setup can be optimised or another stand suits better.
Can I mount a soundbar (e.g. Sonos Arc, Sonos Beam, Bang & Olufsen Beosound Stage)?
Yes — on Moon and every stand except Bloom. Two options: the Soundbar Bracket, which mounts it directly under the TV, or a shelf. If your soundbar's screws are on the bottom (like the Sonos Beam and Arc), choose the Soundbar Bracket Set — it adds angle brackets, with a separate assembly guide for fitting them. On Moon and Sway the space under the TV can be tight depending on TV size and VESA hole position — a Tall stand gives more room. Viva works with the Soundbar Bracket Set too. Note that our Mounts are not compatible with Viva — the soundbar brackets are.
How heavy a soundbar can I mount, and are the screws included?
The Soundbar Bracket and Soundbar Bracket Set hold up to 8 kg — and so do our shelves, so a shelf is not a way around the limit. A soundbar of 8 kg is within it; a heavier one (e.g. 11 kg) can't be safely supported on either. Mounting screws aren't included: use the ones that came with your soundbar (different soundbars use different screws). The bracket fits all our stands except Bloom.
Can I mount a games console (PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Wii…)?
Yes. PS5: PS5 Mount (Digital/Disc/Pro) or PS5 Slim Mount. Xbox — including Series X and Series S — and PS4: Box Mount. Nintendo Switch: Nintendo Switch Mount or Switch 2 Mount. For any other console or device — such as a Nintendo Wii, GameCube, an older/retro console or a media player — use the Box Mount: it holds virtually any box-shaped device upright with two adjustable brackets and velcro straps around the sides (max load 6 kg; Box Mount S is the smaller version). Because it grips from the sides, how deep the console is isn't a limit — the 9 cm in the Box Mount specs is the bracket depth, not a maximum. Box Mount fits every stand except Viva and Bloom. On the PS5 Slim disc version the velcro covers the disc slot, and on the Xbox Series X you may need to slide the console slightly to reach the disc bay.
How do Mounts attach to the stand? Do they need screws?
The Mount itself hangs on the horizontal rail behind your screen — the back plate has a hook that clips over the bar, so you lift it on and slide it sideways to the position you want, with no tools needed for that step. The hardware in the box is for holding your device in the Mount: the PS5 Mount comes with an M3 × 20 mm thumb screw that goes into the mounting hole in the underside of the console (the mount has two slots, one for each PS5 version), and the supplied Velcro is an extra security measure we recommend on stands with wheels. The Box Mount works the other way round — a bracket on the rail plus velcro around your box or console. Mounts fit every Pedestal stand except Viva and Bloom, and you need more than 3 mm of clearance between the screen and the stand.
Do all Mounts fit all stands?
Yes — all Mounts fit every Pedestal stand except Viva and Bloom. Mounts do not fit stands from other brands.
Where do I mount my Apple TV, TV box or router?
Apple TV: Apple TV Mount / Apple TV 4K Mount (2nd generation and up only) — or a shelf. TV boxes, Samsung One Connect and routers: Box Mount (bracket + velcro) or a shelf.
Do you have photos of the stand with a TV like mine, and which stands can I preview in Pedestal Studio? Can I see the Rover, Bloom, Viva, Sway, Disco, Hopper or Straight Rollin' in Studio?
Moon, Moon Tall, Moon Light and Moon PRO are the only stands you can configure in Pedestal Studio (pedestal.com/pages/studio) — there you can pick the colour and TV size and see how it looks. No other model (such as Bloom, Viva, Rover, Sway, Disco, Hopper or Straight Rollin') can be configured or previewed in Studio, so we never point you to Studio for those; for them, each product page has lifestyle photos, or email hello@pedestal.com and we'll be glad to help. Note that a stand fitting a given TV size and a stand being available in Studio are two separate things — a model can support your screen size and still not be in Studio.
How do I use Pedestal Studio? How do I change the TV size in Studio?
Pedestal Studio (pedestal.com/pages/studio) lets you build your setup in 3D, see it in any colour with a TV mounted, and order it directly. You can configure Moon, Moon Light, Moon Tall and Moon PRO — our other stands aren't in Studio. On the first screen you choose your stand and colour: use the two arrows at the bottom right to change stand, the swatches along the bottom to change colour, and the "Show TV" button on the model to show or hide the TV. To change the TV size, click the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner and choose "TV screen settings" — you can pick 32", 40", 43", 50", 55", 60", 65", 70" or 75", and sizes that don't suit the stand you're viewing are greyed out (32", for example, is only available on Moon Light). This control sits inside the settings menu rather than on the main screen, which is the step most people miss. When you press the price button to select your stand, Studio takes you through five steps: your stand, then shelves, power, wheels and mounts, where you can add accessories or choose "No thanks" for each; you can also click the labels on the model itself to jump straight to a section. On the Moon PRO there is no shelf step — it goes straight from the stand to power. At the end you get a summary of your setup that you can put in the basket, or send to someone else with the Share button. The settings menu also has "Show/hide hotspots" and "Start over".
Can I add a soundbar bracket in Pedestal Studio?
Pedestal Studio lets you build a Moon, Moon Light, Moon Tall or Moon PRO and add shelves, power, wheels and mounts. Soundbar brackets are not part of Studio, so you won't find them among the options there. If you want one, order the Soundbar Bracket Set separately from the shop and add it to the same order — it isn't tied to the configurator in any way.
Which mounts can I add in Pedestal Studio? Can I add a mount for my PS5, Nintendo Switch or Apple TV?
Studio's final step lets you place mounts on the stand, and you can choose more than one. The full list is: Hook Mount, PS5 Mount, PS5 Slim Mount, Nintendo Switch Mount, Nintendo Switch 2 Mount, Apple TV Mount, Apple TV 4K Mount, Box Mount, Remote Box Mount, Controller Mount, Device Shelf Mount, Mouse Mount and Keyboard Mount. Each mount can be placed in several positions along the horizontal rail, and you can see exactly where it sits before you order.
Which shelf can I add in Pedestal Studio, and why doesn't the Moon PRO have one?
The shelf step depends on your stand. Moon and Moon Tall can take the Moon Shelf or the Moon Tray Shelf; Moon Light takes the Moon Light Shelf. The Moon PRO has no shelf step in Studio at all — it goes straight from the stand to power. (In Studio the two Moon shelves are still labelled "Pipe Shelf" and "Tray Shelf" — those are the same products under their earlier names.)
What power accessories can I add in Pedestal Studio?
The power step offers the Power Bar in 2 m and 5 m, the Power Beam in 2 m and 5 m, and the Power Cable 7.5 m. The cable is shown with the plug type for the store you're shopping in, so you get the right one for your country automatically.
Which wheels can I choose in Pedestal Studio?
You can choose Standard Wheels, Wheels with Brakes or Chrome Wheels. On the Moon PRO only Wheels with Brakes and Chrome Wheels are offered — the standard wheels aren't an option on that model.
Which TV sizes and colours can I preview for each stand in Pedestal Studio?
The TV sizes you can preview depend on the stand: Moon Light 32", 40" and 43"; Moon 43" to 60"; Moon Tall 43" to 70"; Moon PRO 43" to 75". Change the size under the settings (gear) icon → "TV screen settings". On colours, Moon, Moon Tall and Moon Light can be previewed in all ten colours, while the Moon PRO is shown in five: Ultra Marine, Pearl, Charcoal, Oat and Chrome.
How big is the package — will it fit through a doorway / in my car?
Products ship flat-packed. See the "Box (H×W×D)" column above; the boxes are slim (e.g. Moon 111 × 36.5 × 5.5 cm) and fit through a standard doorway.
Assembly, mounting & weight
How do I assemble the stand, and what tools do I need?
Every stand comes with a detailed assembly guide plus the necessary bolts and tools — you don't need any extra tools. Lost the guide? You'll find all assembly guides online.
What's included when I buy a stand? Is cable management included?
Every stand arrives flat-packed with everything you need to assemble it and mount your TV: the mounting kit (a selection of M6 and M8 bolts in different lengths, washers and plastic spacers to fit most screens), the tools, and a printed assembly guide. Wheeled models come with their colour-matched wheels as standard — on the Moon PRO, two of the four wheels have brakes. Moon PRO also includes its shelf, mounted at 67.5 cm; it is part of the construction and cannot be removed. Rover has a built-in shelf too. Cable management is not included: our cable organisers (Cable Clips, Magnetic Cable Ties, Cable Tie, Cable Bagel, Cable House and so on), as well as all Mounts and Shelves, are separate accessories you choose to add.
The bolts don't fit / the back of my TV is uneven.
If the bolts are too long, use the included plastic spacers (add as many as needed — it won't make the stand unstable, and it's ideal for uneven backs). If the diameter doesn't fit, the bolts are standard — pick up a smaller/larger one at a hardware store.
Should I mount my TV using all the bolts?
Yes. For safety and stability, always mount using all compatible VESA bolts — not just the top two.
How do I mount the Box Mount / attach the velcro?
Box Mount is two brackets with velcro. Fix the bracket to the stand's horizontal rail, attach the velcro's counterpart to your box or console, and press them together at the spacing you need.
How does the Hook Mount attach — does it come with a screw?
No screws needed — the Hook Mount works as a hook that you simply hang on the horizontal bracket behind the screen.
What VESA screws does the Viva use for smaller screens?
Viva supports screens from 32" to 70". Some smaller screens need an M4 screw instead of the M6 or M8 screws that come with the VESA mounting kit. M4 screws aren't included with the Viva, but they're easy to buy at a hardware store, online, or where you bought your screen — check your screen's documentation for its VESA screw size. Note: our Mounts and Shelves aren't compatible with the Viva.
There isn't room for accessories or a mount behind my TV — what do I do?
Make sure your TV is mounted with the included spacers, which stop the screen from touching the brackets — you need a gap of more than 3 mm between the stand and the screen to use our Mounts. If in doubt, send photos of your setup to hello@pedestal.com and we'll help.
How much weight can a stand or shelf hold?
Stands are tested to 50 kg (recommended load). Shelves hold up to 8 kg.
Wheels, shelves & colours
Do wheeled stands come with wheels, or are wheels an extra? Do I have to fit the wheels myself?
All our wheeled stands come with their wheels included as standard — you never buy wheels separately to make them roll. That covers Moon, Moon Tall, Moon Light, Moon PRO, Moon RAW, Rover, Straight Rollin' and Disco, each with colour-matched wheels (for example, a Moon Light in Apricot arrives with apricot wheels). You do fit them yourself as part of assembly — the stand arrives flat-packed and mounting the wheels is one step in the guide: one wheel goes into the bottom of each of the four feet and is tightened with the tools in the box. It takes a couple of minutes. The mounting kit and assembly instructions are included too. Wheels are also sold on their own on the site if you ever need a spare or replacement, want to switch colour, or want to upgrade to Blade Wheels or Wheels with Brakes.
Can I add wheels to my stand afterwards?
No, wheels can't be retrofitted. Only models that come on wheels have this feature — Moon, Moon Tall, Moon Light, Moon PRO, Moon RAW, Rover, Straight Rollin' and Disco. If you want wheels, choose one of those.
I want a stand without wheels — which do you recommend?
For a stand without wheels, we recommend Bloom or Viva — both are stable, free-standing designs made without wheels. Viva fits 32–70" TVs; Bloom fits 40–70". Our wheeled models are Moon, Moon Tall, Moon Light, Moon PRO, Moon RAW, Rover, Straight Rollin' and Disco; wheels can't be added to the fixed stands afterwards.
Can I lock the wheels, and are they floor-safe? Will the wheels scratch or mark my floor? Are they safe on wood, parquet, vinyl or tiles?
No — they shouldn't mark your floor. Our wheels are quality furniture castors with a soft PU coating, gentle on wood floors, parquet and other delicate surfaces, made for indoor use, and they don't leave marks under normal conditions. The standard wheels don't have brakes, but you can add wheels with brakes for Moon and Straight Rollin', and Blade Wheels are available for the same two models.
Do the wheels work on carpet?
Yes — our wheels are designed to glide smoothly on all surfaces. Note: add-on wheels (standard, Blade Wheels, or lockable Wheels with Brakes) fit Moon, Moon Tall and Straight Rollin' only.
Which stands can I add a shelf to, and how much can it hold?
Our shelves hold up to 8 kg, with a matching shelf for each stand:
• Moon Shelf — Moon, Moon Tall, Lean, Lean PRO
• Moon Tray Shelf — Moon, Moon Tall
• Moon Light Shelf — Moon Light
• Plate Shelf — Straight Rollin', Straight Tall, Bendy Tall
• Hopper Shelf — Hopper
Rover comes with a built-in shelf (it can't be removed) and Moon PRO ships with one too. Viva, Bloom and Sway don't take a shelf. A shelf holds any device up to 8 kg — a Blu-ray player, games console, router, a soundbar, and so on.
How wide is the shelf? What are the shelf dimensions?
All our shelves hold up to 8 kg. Measured as they sit on the stand — width across, then depth out from the stand:
• Moon Shelf — 99 cm wide × 18 cm deep (fits Moon, Moon Tall, Lean, Lean PRO)
• Plate Shelf — 99 cm wide × 20 cm deep (fits Straight Rollin', Straight Tall, Bendy Tall)
• Moon Light Shelf — 88 cm wide × 20 cm deep (fits Moon Light)
• Moon Tray Shelf — 78 cm wide × 33 cm deep × 10 cm high (fits Moon, Moon Tall)
• Hopper Shelf — 72 cm wide × 20 cm deep (fits Hopper)
The shelves are wider than the frame by design, so a Moon Shelf overhangs a Moon by roughly 10 cm on each side. Rover and Moon PRO have a built-in shelf instead — Rover's is 26 cm deep and cannot be removed. Viva, Bloom and Sway don't take a shelf.
Note on the product pages: shelves are listed there as "H × B" (for example "H: 99 cm x B: 18 cm") because the shelf is measured as a flat plate before it is mounted — the first figure is the width once it is on the stand, and the second is how far it projects.
Will my power strip fit inside the Cable House or Cable Villa?
Yes, for our own power strips. Cable House measures 23 × 30.5 × 15.5 cm and Cable Villa 23 × 35.5 × 19.5 cm, while the Power Bar (3 sockets) is 16.8 cm long and the Power Beam (5 sockets) is 26.5 cm long — so both go in lengthwise, the Power Beam with a few centimetres to spare inside the Cable House. Those are the outside measurements of the box, so leave a little room for the plugs and for the cables to bend. For a power strip from another brand, compare its length with the 30.5 cm side (Cable House) or the 35.5 cm side (Cable Villa).
How far apart are the wheels? What footprint does the stand need on the floor?
On our wheeled stands the depth figure in the specifications is measured from the front wheel to the back wheel, so it is exactly the footprint you need on the floor: Moon Light 42 cm · Rover 43 cm · Moon 54 cm · Moon Tall 60 cm. Disco is built differently — it stands on a solid base plate of 55 × 51 cm with the wheels at its corners. Across the stand, use the width from the specifications (Moon 78 cm, Moon Tall 78 cm, Moon Light 63 cm, Rover 79 cm, Disco 78 cm). If you need the exact left-to-right distance between the two wheels rather than the overall width, write to hello@pedestal.com — that measurement isn't on our published drawings.
I have a large TV — will a shelf or soundbar still fit underneath?
Usually yes, but on a regular-height stand the gap between the shelf/soundbar and a large TV can get tight, depending on your TV size and where its VESA holes sit. If it feels cramped, a Tall stand (e.g. Moon Tall) adds height and room.
Which colours are available, and can I see them combined?
You can see and combine all colours and accessories in Pedestal Studio: pedestal.com/pages/studio — Studio covers Moon, Moon Light, Moon Tall and Moon PRO; our other stands aren't in it. Note: small colour differences between e.g. stand, mount and power product in the "same" colour name are normal and not a defect.
What's the difference between the colours Pearl and Mushroom?
Pearl is an off-white shade; Mushroom is a warm, light-grey tone.
Which colour is most popular?
We don't rank our colours by popularity, but Chrome is one of our popular colours. You can see and combine all colours in Pedestal Studio, which covers Moon, Moon Light, Moon Tall and Moon PRO.
Can I get a custom colour?
We don't offer custom colours — only our standard range, which you can see on the product pages. For a large project or trade order, contact wholesale@pedestal.com to discuss the options.
Accessories, cables & spare parts
What accessories do you recommend? I want a clean setup with no visible cables and no clutter.
Three things do most of the work, whichever stand you choose:
• Power Bar — mounts on the stand itself, so your TV, box and console all plug in there and only one cable runs to the wall. This is the single biggest difference between a tidy setup and a messy one. Comes in 2 m and 5 m.
• Hook Mount — our most popular accessory. Keeps remotes, headphones and controllers off the floor and off the sofa.
• Cable Bagel — gathers that one remaining cable so it runs neatly instead of trailing.
Then add a mount for whatever you actually own, so nothing has to sit on the floor:
• Set-top box, router, or a Samsung One Connect box → Box Mount, or the Moon Tray Shelf if you'd rather have a surface
• PlayStation → PS5 Mount or PS5 Slim Mount · Nintendo Switch → Nintendo Switch Mount
• Apple TV → Apple TV 4K Mount · Game controllers → Controller Mount · Remotes → Remote Box Mount
• Soundbar → Soundbar Bracket Set
Tell us what's in your setup today and we'll tell you exactly which ones you need.
I've lost the VESA brackets / mounting rails — can I buy them as a spare part?
Yes. The Universal VESA Kit is a complete replacement set with bolts, screws and spacers.
Can I buy the Power Base magnetic plate separately?
It's not sold separately — contact hello@pedestal.com.
Do I need the Hook Mount to use the Cable Bagel?
No — the Cable Bagel is a standalone cable solution. The Hook Mount is optional and can be used to hang the Cable Bagel behind the screen.
Is the Cable Bagel magnetic?
No — the Cable Bagel is a flexible silicone cable organiser that bundles and hides your cables (it can hang behind the screen using the optional Hook Mount). If you'd prefer magnetic cable management, we also sell Magnetic Cable Ties.
Why does Box Mount show "from 150" but a colour costs 375?
The "from" price refers to Box Mount S, the smaller variant; the other Box Mount sizes and colours cost more. See the product page for the exact price in your market.
Can I combine the power products (e.g. plug a Power Bar or Plug-in Lamp into a Power Split)?
Yes. They all use standard plugs, so they connect just like any socket — plug the Power Split into the wall and it gives you three outlets, then run a Plug-in Lamp from one and a Power Bar (or anything else) from another. It's a normal, safe setup for everyday gear like a lamp, a TV, chargers and a console. If you mainly want more sockets in one place, the Power Beam (5 outlets) is a tidy all-in-one alternative.
Does your Power Cable fit my TV?
Our Power Cable fits most TVs. Look for the figure-8 shaped C7 Europlug connector on your TV.
Does the Power Cable come in colours (e.g. red)?
The Power Cable comes in black and white (the 7.5 m version also in some Pedestal colours). Red isn't available — check the product page for the current colour options.
Do you sell LAN cables (in colours)?
No — we don't carry LAN cables. Our cables are TV power cables (Power Cable).
Choosing & using your stand
What's the difference between your models / which should I choose?
The main differences are TV size and wheels: Moon Light (32–48"), Moon (44–60", wheels), Moon Tall (55–70", wheels), Rover (40–70", with a colour-matched shelf), Viva (32–70", not compatible with mounts/shelves). Moon PRO exists too and ships with a shelf (it can't be assembled without it). See the spec table above for details.
Are the stands stable — even with small children?
Yes, our stands are designed for stability, and it takes a lot to tip one over with a screen mounted. It's not an issue we've seen in normal home use.
Can the stands be kept outdoors?
Our stands are designed for indoor use (the wheels in particular are made for indoor floors); we don't recommend keeping them outdoors.
Is it easy to move a stand?
Stands weigh 6–16 kg and are designed to be stable but easy to move around. If you'll move it often, we recommend a model with wheels.
Will the stand fit through my doorway when I move it between rooms?
Yes — every Pedestal stand passes through a standard interior door (70 cm and up) when you turn it sideways. Our stands are 78–102 cm wide but only 40–66 cm deep, and the castors on the wheeled models swivel, so you simply turn the stand and roll it through leading with the narrow side. It's the depth that has to clear your doorway: Bloom 40 cm, Moon Light 42 cm, Rover 43 cm, Viva 45 cm, Sway 47 cm, A-frame 49 cm, Straight Rollin' 50 cm, Bendy Low 50 cm, Disco 51 cm, Hopper 52 cm, Moon 54 cm, Moon Tall 60 cm, Moon PRO 66 cm. Your TV can stay mounted — it passes through edge-on, so the TV's width isn't the limit, though you'll want a little room on either side to manoeuvre (a bit more if you have to turn a corner on the way). Stand heights are 76–158 cm, well under any door.
How far from the wall does the stand sit? How much space do I need behind it?
When the stand is pushed back against a wall, this is how far the screen ends up sitting from it: Viva 16 cm · Rover 17 cm · Moon Light 21 cm · Sway 21 cm · Hopper 21 cm · Straight Rollin' 23 cm · Bendy Low Stand 24 cm · Disco 24 cm · Moon 27 cm · Moon Tall 30 cm · Moon PRO 33 cm · Bloom 33 cm. Viva is the most space-saving choice; the Moon series needs a little more room because the legs angle backwards. Remember to allow for your cables behind the screen as well.
How do I clean and care for my Pedestal, and what if I notice rust?
Wipe your Pedestal with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals, which can harm the finish. The stands are designed for indoor use. If you notice a rust spot or finish issue on a new item, that's not normal: email hello@pedestal.com with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement (no need to return the affected item).
My stand leans back slightly — is that normal?
Yes — Pedestal stands are designed to hold the screen at a slight backward angle for the best viewing position from a sofa. If the stand wobbles or clearly doesn't sit flat, check that it's assembled correctly, and email hello@pedestal.com with a photo if it persists.

No — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Within the EU, VAT is already included in our prices. Something is missing / I received a wrong or damaged item.
Email hello@pedestal.com right away. Missing parts: we send them immediately. Wrong item: we send the correct one + a return label. Transport damage: attach photos of the label, packaging, padding and the damage.
Returns & orders
Can I return or exchange my order, and how?
Yes — you have 30 days from the day you receive your order, and it's all handled in our return portal. You choose one of three options:
• Refund — your money back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. You cover the return shipping.
• Exchange — swap for another colour, size or a different product, including a more expensive one: you pay only the price difference, in the portal. It is one transaction, so you never place a second order. Shipping is free both ways, and we dispatch your replacement as soon as your return reaches us.
• Gift card — the full value as a Pedestal gift card to use whenever you like, with free return shipping.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Start your return at our Returns page.
What does return shipping cost? Do I pay for the return label?
It depends on what you choose. Exchanges and gift cards are always free — we cover the shipping both ways, so if you'd like a different colour, a different model or credit to use later, it costs you nothing to send the original back. You only pay for return shipping if you want your money back. In that case you buy a return label directly in the return portal when you register your return, and the exact price for your country is shown there before you confirm — so you'll always see it before you commit to anything.
Do you offer a warranty?
You have a 2-year right to complain over manufacturing defects (EU). If a fault appears, email hello@pedestal.com and we'll help.
I bought my Pedestal from a dealer or another shop — how do returns and complaints work?
If you bought through one of our dealers or another retailer, please contact that shop first about a return or complaint — your purchase agreement is with them. If you bought directly from pedestal.com, email hello@pedestal.com and we'll help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can't change or cancel an order yourself — there's no way to edit it in your account or on the website. Contact us instead and we'll do it for you: email hello@pedestal.com or call +45 70 60 55 03 (Mon–Fri 9:00–15:00) as soon as possible, with your order number to hand. We can make changes as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
I haven't received my order confirmation — what should I do?
Your confirmation is sent right after your order is processed, usually within a couple of minutes. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam filter. Still can't find it? Email hello@pedestal.com. You'll also find a link to your invoice at the bottom of the order confirmation.
How do I get an invoice or receipt for my order?
Email hello@pedestal.com and we'll send you an invoice for your order.
Availability, dealers & business
A product is sold out — when will it be back in stock?
We don't have fixed restock dates. Contact hello@pedestal.com for the status of a specific item, or keep an eye on the product page.
Is [product / colour / variant] coming soon?
We expand the range on an ongoing basis. We don't always have a date, but send your wish to hello@pedestal.com — it helps us prioritise. (For example, a Nintendo Switch 2 Mount is available.)
Where can I see / buy the products in a physical store? Do you have dealers? Is there a shop near me where I can see a specific model, colour or finish?
Yes — see the full dealer list at pedestal.com/pages/dealers to find a store near you; we have retailers across many European countries. If there isn't one near you, email wholesale@pedestal.com.
What we can't tell you is what any individual store has on display. Our dealers choose their own selection, so a particular model, colour or finish — Moon RAW, for example, or one specific colourway — may or may not be in that showroom. We'd rather say so than send you across town for something that isn't there, so if you're travelling to see something specific, call the shop first.
Are your products sold on Amazon?
Yes, some of our products are sold via Amazon.de and can ship to several countries.
Can I buy without VAT as a business?
Yes — order from our B2B site, where prices are shown without VAT and the invoice is sent automatically after purchase.
My discount code doesn't work / do you offer discount codes?
Pedestal doesn't use public discount codes, so third-party codes won't work. If your company has a specific agreement, contact hello@pedestal.com.
I'm ordering for a project or business — do you have trade options?
Yes. Businesses can order VAT-free from our B2B site (b2b.pedestal.com), which also covers bulk and trade orders. For projects or larger quantities, contact wholesale@pedestal.com. If you're a content creator or designer wanting to collaborate, see pedestal.com/pages/collaborators.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available depend on your country — you'll see all the options at checkout.
How does the e-gift card work?
Buy the e-gift card on our site and you'll receive a code by email to enter at checkout on your next order.
Files, resources & contact
Can I get a 3D / CAD file of a product?
We don't share 3D/CAD files via chat. Email hello@pedestal.com with the model and purpose (e.g. architect or dealer) and we'll help.
Can I talk to a human?
Yes — our customer service (real people) helps you via hello@pedestal.com, on +45 70 60 55 03 (Mon–Fri 9:00–15:00) or via the contact form.
