You have 30 days from the day you receive the product to return it.
If you wish to return an item, please send the package to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Packages sent cash on delivery or without direct delivery will not be accepted. If a return package is sent to a parcel shop or post office, it will not be collected by us and will be sent back to you within 30 days. You can then resend it directly to our address. As the 30-day return period will have been exceeded in this case, please contact us before sending the return again.
How to return

Please note: If you wish to return multiple packages, you must create a separate return request for each package, specifying the products included.
You can also return via a shipping company of your choice. In that case, follow the steps below:
Fill in the return form and include it with your delivery note or invoice, along with the item(s) you wish to return.
- Print our return form
- Fill in your name, order number, email address and order date.
- Provide details for each returned item. Use the comments field if you wish to add further explanation.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Ensure the contents are properly secured to avoid damage during transit.
- Include the completed return form and your delivery note or invoice.
- Attach a return label to the package. Pedestal does not cover return shipping costs, you must arrange the label yourself. Ensure your return label fully covers any existing labels on the packaging.
- Send the item(s) to:

- Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop.
- Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. Your refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used for your original purchase.
Return packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging. Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in the refund amount.
Please ensure the item is securely packed for transit.
Please check the following:
- Use the original packaging as received, with the item properly secured.
- No loose items in the box, these could scratch or damage the product.
You are responsible for the package until we receive it.
We recommend keeping your postal receipt and tracking number in case of shipping damage.
Condition of the item upon return
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the item.
If the product is damaged to the extent that it can only be partially resold, 50% of the purchase value will be refunded. If the product can no longer be resold, no refund will be issued.
Refund
If you return your entire order, we will refund the purchase price including the original delivery costs at the rate of our cheapest standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, only the amount corresponding to standard delivery will be refunded.
If you return only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded.
The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.
Any decrease in value for which you are responsible will be deducted from the refund amount. If the product can only be partially resold, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. If it can no longer be resold, no refund will be issued.
Your refund will be processed once we have received the item, via the same payment method used for your original purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s), unless you provide proof of dispatch.
