At Pedestal ApS, we reserve the right for sold out items, as well as printing, programming, and typing errors.
Pedestal ApS accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, iDeal and Sofort depending on the payment methods offered in your country.
Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All prices are in Euros.
Pedestal ApS strives to send orders placed before 1 o'clock the same day. Orders placed hereafter will be shipped the next business day. We deliver to The Netherlands, Sweden, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
We offer standard delivery for 15 EUR. Your goods will be sent with the most convenient shipping option.
The delivery time on your purchase depends on the country you are ordering from. The delivery time to your country is listed below:

Receipt of goods
We encourage you not to take the product out of its original packaging until you are sure that the product's color, quality, and material meet your expectations.
Should you unexpectedly wish to return the product, we draw your attention to an expected decrease in value if the product has been used and/or taken out of the original packaging. Such depreciation will mean a refund corresponding to 50% of the purchase value. Therefore, it is always in your best interest not to assemble the TV stand and mount your TV on it if you are unsure whether you want to keep the product.
Unclaimed and rejected packages
If we receive an undelivered or rejected package without having received a clear notification beforehand, you will be contacted by our customer service.
If you do not pick up your package or reject receipt, an automatic refund will be made for your purchase, excluding payment for return shipping and handling - equivalent to 25 €.
If you regret your purchase, we therefore advise you to receive the package and subsequently send it back in accordance with our return policy.
Customers and VAT
On deliveries within the EU, you do not pay additional customs duty or VAT. Our prices already include the VAT rate of the EU country where the order is sent to. On deliveries outside the EU, our prices are displayed without VAT. You are responsible for the declaration and import duty and taxes for your own package in countries outside the EU. The goods may be detained at customs, and the package may be affected by local taxes and duties, which we can not be held responsible for. Please be aware that the detention of your package at customs can delay shipment significantly. Should you find out that the package is detained, you should immediately contact the freight company.
Products purchased via our website are covered by a 2-year warranty.
If you have received a faulty item, we will offer a replacement of the item or offer you refund of your purchase. If you make a claim of your purchase within the 2-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping. Otherwise, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. We will refund your shipping costs for returning the faulty item.
If you have received the wrong item(s), we will pay for the return of the product and send you the correct product.
If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item.
You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to return it again.

Please note that you will bear the cost of the returned shipment.
Packages are not accepted per cash on delivery or without distribution. If a return package is sent to a parcel shop or post office, it will not be picked up and will therefore be sent back to you within 14 days. The return package can then be sent correctly to our address. Since the 14-day right of return offered will then have been exceeded, we must be notified of this before any return is made again.
How to return
When returning, please fill in the return form and place it together with your delivery note or invoice as well as the item(s) you wish to return.
- Print our return form
- Fill in the general points regarding customer name, order number, email address and order date.
- Fill in the product information individually on the returned item(s). Use the comment field if you want to give a detailed explanation.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging. The package must not be damaged during transport, therefore make sure that there are no loose items in the box.
- Attach your delivery note and completed return form.
- Download and apply a return label. Pedestal does not offer to pay for return labels, and you must therefore take care of this yourself. Make sure that your return label covers other labels that may already be on the packaging.
- Send the item(s) to:
- Deliver the package at your parcel shop.
- Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email. We give you a refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
Products must be returned in original packaging. Missing original packaging constitutes a reduction in value.
You must also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it.
Ensure the following:
- The supplied packaging must be used as on receipt, so that the item is fixed.
- No loose items in the box – as this can cause scratches on the product.
You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it.
We encourage you to save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number in case of freight damage.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and way of functioning of the goods.
If the product is damaged in such a way that it is only partially salable again, 50% of the purchase value will be refunded. If the product is damaged to such an extent that it cannot be sold again, the purchase value will not be refunded.
If you regret your entire purchase, we will refund the purchase amount including delivery costs.
Should you choose to return only parts of your order, however, delivery costs will not be refunded.
In the event of a decrease in value of the item for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Is the product only partially salable again 50% of the purchase value will be refunded. If the product is damaged to such an extent that it cannot be sold again, the purchase value will not be refunded.
We will refund the amount once we have received the item from you. You will be refunded by the same method you used to pay.
We have the right to hold back the refund until we receive the returned item(s), unless you have provided us with documentation that you have returned the item(s).
We do not offer exchanges. We therefore recommend that you make a return and then place a new order.
It is possible to pre-order selected items in our website. It will appear on the product if the item is a pre-order item.
When you pre-order an item, we do not withdraw the amount until we ship – we simply reserve the amount on your payment card until the item is ready for dispatch. When the item has been shipped, you will receive a notification.
NOTE: If you purchase an item with a pre-order and wish to purchase additional items that are already in stock, we will ship the order together when the last item is in stock.
For you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:
